Award winning New Dance Generation is a fresh and funky dance school based in their home studio Spennymoor and Ferryhill, County Durham.
NDG are members of the NCDTA and the United Dance teachers organisation. All of our coaches are qualified with these exam boards and all assistants are currently training to qualify.

Meet the New Dace Generation Team
Taylor-Jayne Williams
Principle Director/OwnerTaylor has danced from a young age training in tap, ballet, theatre craft, modern jazz and acrobatic dance. She is a qualified cheerleading coach with the UKCA aswell as holding a street dance coach qualification with UDO.
Taylor has participated in many professional productions and pantomimes in local theatres such as Darlington civic and the gala theatre Durham.
Chantelle Knox
Freestyle CoachChantelle has lots of experience coaching champs of the freestyle world.
She brings a fresh energy to New Dance Generation and recently passed her licentiate teaching qualification.
She has danced competitively for many years competing at a high level before starting her own teaching career.
Chantelle's Freestyle classes have proved to be a big hit with NDG.
Caitlin Watson
Assistant CoachCaitlin started dancing with NDG on their very first open day and has been with us ever since.
She is currently studying sports at New College Durham alongside working towards her first dance teaching qualification here at New Dance Generation.
Caitlin competes regular in solo, duo, teams and is a member of our Elite dance crew and is a great addition to the NDG team.
Emma Waugh
Assistant CoachEmma is a dedicated dancer at NDG and thoroughly enjoys her role as assistant coach.
Emma is currently training with NDG to take her first teaching qualification and is working towards a qualification in Sport at Durham Sixth Form.
She has a passion for working with children and is very well liked by the dancers she coaches, Emma is another great addition to the NDG team.
